This project reviews the foundations and trends of electricity regulation in order to analyze the key issues for the future of the Spanish Electricity Sector. This collaboration is mainly focused in two different issues -A critical evaluation on the relevant regulatory experiences worldwide and the implications of their potential application to the Spanish power sector. -Detailed analysis on the regulatory issues that might be relevant for the future configuration of the Spanish power sector, particularly those ones that might appear as more imminent.
